Precita Avenue

ONE Design worked in close collaboration with Boom City Builders on the design of this multi-family home renovation and expansion near Precita Park in San Francisco.  The planning constraints, unique to Bernal Heights, created a challenge that required us to sculpt the building without losing floor area inside.  We transformed these constraints into beauty.  The addition of the master suite and roof deck add expansive and open spaces to the upper unit.

The renderings for this project highlight a study in light and shadows and how to maximize space on a tight lot.  Construction ongoing in 2024.
