Paradise Drive

This one of a kind home on a steep lot offers challenges and opportunities for a unique expression. Working through the myriad of local jurisdictions adds a level of complexity that further enhances the challenges this home poses. Striving to design the clients Dream home here, ONE Design pushes the limits of the site and allows the structure to express itself.

Approaching the house, the structure is one of privacy and serenity, offering only glimpses to what lies inside and beyond. This is juxtaposed by the interiors which are light and expansive guiding the occupant to the vistas facing the bay. Harmony and serenity in concert with clean and austere structure provide a Zen hideaway literally located in Paradise. Estimated to break ground in 2024.
