Addison Street

For this rare vacant lot in the desirable Glen Park neighborhood, ONE Design created two side-by-side single family homes with adjoining JADU residences and separate ADU residences, totaling over 3800 livable square feet per residence.  Working in collaboration with RG-Architecture, ONE Design used SB423 to expedite administrative Planning review of the plans and also worked to split the lot in two and then entitle the two lots for the residences.  The property presents a rare opportunity to create two side-by-side larger compound-style residences – sculpted to the hill topography – with potentially multi-generational housing, outdoor spaces, and spectacular views.
